Katherine S. Eaton graduated from Moravian College in Bethlehem Pennsylvania with a Bachelors Degree in criminal justice and a minor in political science. She has been a paralegal since 1986, after attending Southwestern University of Law for two years. Katherine has worked on large subsidence and earthquake cases, even prior to 1993 when she began working in the area of construction litigation. She also has experience in other areas of the law which include, products liability, intellectual property, and personal injury. Katherine has significant jury trial experience and is skilled in all areas of mediation, arbitration and trial preparation, including discovery, document examination, witness location, and destructive testing. She has been responsible for and coordinated the investigative process for a number of single family and condominium litigation matters, and is methodical, practical and resourceful at handling both the expected and the unexpected.
Katherine is a notary public. She also performs a great deal of community service work, including the design and installation of several murals at public schools, educational centers and housing developments, throughout East and Central Los Angeles.
