Glenn Gould has represented K-14 districts and other public entities for the past ten years. In addition to having over 20 years of litigation experience in environmental, construction and real property matters, he also advises his clients on a wide variety of legal issues concerning these subject areas. Glenn also has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction and business contracts with consultants and contractors, utilizing alternative project delivery methods, including energy service contracts.
Glenn also provides advice and counsel regarding the open meeting requirements under the Ralph M. Brown Act, the California Public Records Act, conflicts of interest and document retention practices.
Glenn trains administrators, staff, and boards on the construction process and on avoiding claims and overruns on large-scale construction programs. He has also lectured and provided training on construction issues to public entities and organizations, including the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH), the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO) and the Community College Facility Coalition (CCFC).
Glenn is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
